Automate the work
that shouldn't be manual.

The hours your team loses to copy-paste, follow-ups and manual reconciliation — that's what automation buys back. AI where it earns, plain engineering where it doesn't.

who this is for

Sound familiar?

  • Teams re-typing the same data between WhatsApp, sheets and systems
  • Businesses drowning in order follow-ups, reminders and status updates
  • Operations where reconciliation happens by eyeball at month-end
  • Companies that want AI features that ship — not a demo that dies

the honest bit

What it costs.

Single-workflow automations start around KES 40,000–100,000; multi-system automation programmes scope like custom software. The audit itself is short — you'll know the top three savings before paying for a build.

deliverables

What you get.

01

WhatsApp automation — order confirmations, status updates, broadcast campaigns and chat-driven ordering on the Business API.

02

AI chatbots & assistants — customer-facing bots with real business context and human handoff, built on modern LLM APIs.

03

Workflow automation — approvals, reminders, escalations and scheduled jobs replacing manual chasing.

04

Document processing — invoices, receipts and forms extracted to structured data.

05

Reporting automation — the daily/weekly numbers your business needs, delivered instead of assembled.

06

System glue — connecting the tools you already use (sheets, CRM, payments) into one flow.

how it ships

The process.

step 1

Task audit

We list what people actually do repeatedly — then rank by hours lost and error cost.

step 2

Quick wins first

Highest-impact automations ship first; ROI visible in the first month.

step 3

AI where it earns

LLMs for language tasks; deterministic code for money and records. I don't put a chatbot where an if-statement belongs.

step 4

Measure & extend

Each automation reports its own savings; the roadmap grows from evidence.

proof

Relevant work.

Not mockups — systems running in production.

faq

Straight answers.

Is AI actually useful for my business, or is it hype?

Honest answer: for most Kenyan SMEs, the wins are boring — faster replies, extracted documents, drafted messages, anomaly flagging. I scope AI where it measurably saves hours, and say no where a simpler script does the job.

Can WhatsApp automation get my number banned?

Not when it's done on the official Business API with opt-in contacts and approved templates — which is what I build on. Unofficial bulk senders are the ones that get banned.

What if my process changes?

Automations are built as readable, documented workflows — changeable by me or another developer. No black boxes.

Do you automate existing software or only new builds?

Existing first, usually — connecting your current tools beats replacing them.

List the three tasks your team hates most — I'll tell you which ones a machine should be doing.

Written scope, honest pricing, 30-day defect warranty on everything I ship.
