DoMyStudy
An academic services platform with a real pipeline — orders in, writers assigned, progress tracked, payments reconciled.
The brief
Academic help services typically run on email threads and promises. DoMyStudy needed a platform: structured orders, tracked progress, and payments tied to delivery.
I built the order pipeline end-to-end — intake forms that capture real requirements, assignment workflow for writers, and payment tracking that keeps accounts clean.
What I built
- Structured order intake — subject, level, deadline and file requirements captured upfront, not in chat.
- Writer assignment — orders matched and routed to writers with workload visibility.
- Progress tracking — clients see order status move through the pipeline.
- Payment tracking — deposits and balances recorded against each order.
- Revision workflow — structured revision requests tied to the original order.
- Admin oversight — full pipeline visibility, writer management and reporting.
Under the hood
The order is the center of gravity — requirements, files, payments, revisions and messages all hang off it. Status transitions are enforced server-side so the pipeline can't skip steps, and writers only see what their role needs.
Where it is now
DoMyStudy runs live with real order flow. It's the pipeline pattern again — different industry, same engineering discipline.
